When returning items, please include the merchandise, original delivery note, and a brief cover note explaining the reason for your return. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return products as we cannot be held responsible for goods not being received. Once a refund is processed, please allow 3-5 working days for it to reach your account.

Unwanted or Faulty Items

We hope you are happy with your purchase however if you are not, our returns process is simple. You can return any item within 28 days of purchase from the date of receipt. Your item should be in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. Please note that a return of a personalised item will only be accepted if it is incorrect from the receipt of order or is faulty. Additionally, we are unable to accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes their squad number. Therefore, please ensure that you are happy with your personalisation and that you order the correct size for your personalised shirt. All delivery charges are the customer’s liability, should the item not be faulty.


If you require an exchange, we can do that in-store. Please bring in your receipt or if it is an online order, you will need to provide us with your delivery note. Please be aware that the stock available on our website is separate to the stock we have in-store.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged. If you do not find any items in-store, we can put the amount onto a gift card if you prefer.


When returning an item, you must also include proof of purchase. LTFC reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if, in our view, the goods returned are not in a resalable condition and the tags have been removed.  We will not refund goods that are not received back to us within the 28 (twenty-eight) day refund period. Postal charges during the refund process are the responsibility of the customer.  When we receive your returned item(s), we will approach the process as you have requested.
