Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are wishing to return a purchased item to Luton Town Football Club, please read through the below options thoroughly.
REFUNDS
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not, our returns process is simple. You can return any item within 28 (twenty eight) days of purchase from the date of receipt in its original condition and packaging for a refund of the price you paid for the item. You will not be refunded your postage costs should the item not be faulty. Faulty, mistakenly picked items, or damaged in transit items will be fully refunded at your request, including a full refund of any postage paid. In this instance, we will require you to send the item back to us for inspection.
If the item is faulty, you have 8 weeks from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund, exchange, or gift card. Proof of purchase must be provided. If it is not available, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Returns for personalised products will only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect from the receipt of your order or if the product is faulty. Please note we cannot refund personalised purchases for sizing errors - personalisation is inclusive of name and number, player name and number, and any sleeve badges. Additionally, we are unable to accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes their squad number. Please refer to the size charts on this website to ensure this is correct prior to ordering a personalised product.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return products, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not being received. We will not refund goods that are not received back to us within the 28 (twenty eight) day refund period.
Returned orders may take up to 7 working days to process once received. Once a refund is processed, please allow 3-5 working days for it to reach your account.
To return items, please include the merchandise, along with the original delivery note/invoice, and a brief note with the reason for the item being returned.

EXCHANGES
In-store - As per our standard returns policy, if you require an exchange, we can do that in-store. Please bring in your receipt, or if it is an online order, you will need to provide us with your delivery note. Please be aware that the stock available on our website is separate to the stock we have in-store.
Post - We are unable to process an exchange service via post for products purchased online unless an item you received was damaged or faulty. If we do not have stock available to replace the damaged or faulty item, we will issue a refund.
If you wish to exchange an unwanted product, simply return the item for a refund following our returns/refund policy and place a new order online for the product you would like.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items purchased both in-store and online can be refunded at the customer's request, provided they are returned within 28 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be shown.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Luton Town Football Club always strive to ensure stock levels are correct. However, due to certain circumstances and the nature of the business, very rarely an item may appear to be in stock, rather than be sold out. We apologise for these instances and will always look to rectify stock levels as soon as any errors are noticed. If we do not have any item that you have ordered, we will immediately refund you for the out-of-stock item and send the rest of your order out. We will process this refund back to the credit/debit card that payment was taken from. We will not retain your money or substitute the item for other items without contacting you first.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When returning an item, you must include proof of purchase. LTFC reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if, in our view, the goods returned are not in a resalable condition and the tags have been removed. We will not refund goods that are not received back to us within the 28 (twenty-eight) day refund period. Postal charges during the refund process are the responsibility of the customer. When we receive your returned item(s), we will approach the process as you have requested.
