Delivery Information

All delivery options available for your order will be shown at checkout. The delivery services and costs displayed will depend on your delivery address, the items in your basket and the courier services available for your location.

UK Delivery

For UK orders, the following delivery options are available at checkout:

Our most popular delivery service. UK Standard Delivery aims to deliver your parcel within 3–5 working days from the date your order is placed.

UK Express Delivery aims to deliver your parcel on the next working day.

The cut-off time for UK Express Delivery is 1pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

Availability may vary depending on your delivery postcode and the time your order is placed.

Click & Collect

Free Click & Collect is available to all customers.Customers can choose to collect their order from either our Club Shop at The Point or the Ticket Office. Please note that all Ticket Office Click & Collect orders will be moved to our Stadium Store on matchdays.

Please allow a minimum of 3 working days before collecting your order. You will need to bring a form of photographic ID with you when collecting.

Opening Times

Luton Town Club Shop at the Fraser Plus Luton

Monday to Friday: 9:30am – 5pm

Saturday: 9am-6pm

Sunday: 11am-5pm

Stadium Store

Open on matchdays only. Opening times vary depending on kick-off time.

Ticket Office

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 10am – 5pm
Wednesday: Closed
Matchdays: 10am until kick-off, and open post-match as required

Delivery During Busy Periods

Please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery during peak trading periods, including Kit Launch, Black Friday and Christmas.

During these periods, order volumes are significantly higher and delivery times may be longer than usual. We will always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur with both dispatch and courier delivery.

International Delivery

International delivery options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout once your delivery country has been selected.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or customs charges. 

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the delivery cost paid at checkout.

Delivery Partners

UK orders are typically delivered using DHL eCommerce.

For international orders, we may use alternative courier partners depending on the destination and service availability. The relevant delivery option and cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
