At Luton Town Football Club our retail team are proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle-free delivery service.  Choose which items you want to purchase and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything else, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible.

We do our utmost best to process and dispatch your order within 48 working hours of it being placed. However, please note that this may change during busy periods.

Information regarding your order:

Once your order has been placed, you should receive a confirmation email, detailing the items from your order and your order number. Please use this as a reference should you need to discuss your order with a member of our team.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that your parcel has been dispatched. Depending on the delivery method chosen for your order, this email will include a tracking number. Alternatively, if you have chosen to collect your parcel, this email will notify you when your order is available from the chosen pick up location.


If the order contains the wrong details:

If the buyer informs us that they have provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to stop and change the order but we cannot guarantee it will be changed as we aim to process orders rapidly.

If the buyer notifies us that they have provided a wrong address, after dispatch, there is unfortunately nothing we are able to do, unless the parcel is returned back to us. If the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible for any refund or replacements. This would be considered as a Lost Order on the buyers behalf.

If the order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, then the buyer may submit a request for reshipment, however the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping and re-handling sum.

UK Standard Delivery

Our most popular postal services, UK Standard delivery aims to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days, after your order is placed.

UK Express Delivery

UK Express delivery aims to see your parcel delivered, the next working day. The cut-off time for express delivery is 1pm. All orders placed after the cut off time, this will be processed the next working day. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Europe Delivery

Our Europe delivery service aims to deliver parcels within 3-5 working days and is a fully trackable service. This delivery option applies to the below countries:

United States of America Delivery

Our American Delivery service aims to deliver your parcel within 1-2 working days and is handled by your local trusted courier. This is a fully tracked service.

Rest of World Delivery

Rest of world delivery aims to see your parcel delivered within 3-4 working days and is a fully trackable service. This delivery service applies to all countries outside of Europe and The United States of America.

Click and Collect

Free Click & Collect is available to all customers. Customers have the option to pick up their order from our Park Street Store or Ticket Office (Please note: all Ticket Office click and collects are moved to our Stadium store on Match Days) . Please allow a minimum of 3 working days to collect your order. Please ensure you bring a form of photographic ID with you to collect your order.

Club Shop & Ticket Office Opening Times:

Park Street Club Shop

  • Monday - Friday, 10am-4pm
  • Saturday 9am - 4pm.
  • Stadium Store is open on matchdays only - Opening times vary based on Kick Off time.

Ticket Office

  • Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri 10am – 5pm.
  • Wednesdays - CLOSED
  • Matchdays 10am until Kick Off (Open post match until required)



Please note that all orders placed, containing pre-ordered items, will be sent out upon us receiving the goods. Please allow longer for pre-ordered items; This is due to the potential volume of orders and the possibility that we may not have the products at the time of pre-order. Any items placed alongside a pre-order, will be sent out in one parcel.

International Customer Information:

EU Customers

When the UK left the EU on 31/12/2020 the movement of goods (UK) to the EU became subject to new rules. Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable import VAT and duties on orders shipping from the UK to the EU

Other Destinations / International

International customers from outside the EU will continue to be subject to local taxes and duties.
