Season 2022/23 will live long in the memory, for me and for all Luton Town fans with the
unforgettable experience of witnessing our great football club gain promotion to the Premier League.

During the season, I also embarked on my toughest challenge to cycle to 116 football grounds in just 35 days whilst raising awareness and donations for a number of amazing charities. The Premier League season 2023/24 had many memories both the highs of competing in the toughest league and completing my Premier Pedal Challenge, but also, the devastating lows of Tom Lockyer’s cardiac arrest at Bournemouth in December, a day none of us will ever forget, and also, with the season ending in relegation despite showing the spirit, determination, and passion that made us all so proud of our club.

Following the success of my ‘Mad Hatter’ book in 2022, in my follow-up book ‘The Hatters, Hills and Heroes, I wanted to relive my memories of the promotion and Premier League seasons whilst sharing an insight into my experiences, struggles and memories of my 2 years of football cycling fundraising challenges supporting inspirational causes that was my driving motivation, whilst battling difficult periods of coping with my mental health struggles

Information regarding your order:

Once your order has been placed, you should receive a confirmation email, detailing the items from your order and your order number. Please use this as a refrence should you need to discuss your order with a memeber of our team.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that your parcel has been dispatched. If you have selected a delivery method for your order, this email will include a tracking number. Alternatively, if you have chosen to collect your parcel, this email will notify you when your order is available from the chosen pick up location.

If the order contains the wrong details:

If the buyer informs us that they have provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to stop and change the order but we cannot guarantee it will be changed as we aim to process orders rapidly.

If the buyer notifies us that they have provided a wrong address, after dispatch, there is unfortunately nothing we are able to do, unless the parcel is returned back to us. If the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible for any refund or replacements. This would be considered as a Lost Order on the buyers behalf.

If the order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, then the buyer may submit a request for reshipment, however the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping and re-handling sum.
