Delivery Information

The retail team would like to thank you for your ongoing support and custom.

We do our utmost best to process and dispatch your order within 48 working hours of it being placed. However, due to current circumstances there may be a slight delay to our usual delivery estimations.

Royal Mail does not consider a parcel to be lost unless it has been in the postal system for no less than 14 days for UK mainland orders and 25 days for international. Whilst it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this long, we are only able to send you a replacement once the specified period has passed. If you are expecting a parcel that has not arrived, please check with your local post office as they may be holding it for collection. Please note we can only consider processing claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.

If the buyer informs us that they have provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to stop and change the order but we cannot guarantee it will be changed as we aim to process orders rapidly.

If the buyer has provided a wrong address and the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible for any refund or replacements. This would be considered as a Lost Order on the buyers behalf.

If the order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, then the buyer may submit a request for reshipment, however the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping and re-handling sum.

 

PRE-ORDERS

Please note that orders placed, containing pre-ordered items, will be sent out upon us receiving the goods. Please allow longer for pre-ordered items, due to the volume of orders, they may take longer to dispatch than normal. Any items placed alongside a pre-order, will be sent out in one parcel. One of the most popular postal services, First Class mail aims to deliver your packet within 2-4 working days.

 

NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY

Delivery is either via Royal Mail or via courier. A signature may be required on delivery

The Royal Mail guarantee delivery of Special Delivery™ Next Day items before 1.00pm to 99% of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

Overnight if ordered by midday.

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

Free Click & Collect pick up your order from our Park Street Store or Ticket Office . Please allow a minimum of 3 working days to collect your order. If you wish to collect sooner please confirm with our Park Street Store through our main switchboard on 01582 411622 or via email at clubshop@lutontown.co.uk. Remember you will need to provide a copy of your order either printed or on your mobile device and a form of ID eg. drivers license, household bill.

When the UK left the EU on 31/12/2020 the movement of goods (UK) to the EU became subject to new rules. Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable import VAT and duties on orders shipping from the UK to the EU

 

Other Destinations / International

International customers from outside the EU will continue to be subject to local taxes and duties.
